  • Zarina Vitebsky

    Owner & Lead Therapist
    DPT, PRPC, TPS, LPF, cert DN

    Zarina, owner of Pelvic Health NJ and co-owner of ProTouch Physical Therapy, received her Master's in Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University. Her clinical studies include training at St. Augustine University as an Orthopedic Spine Specialist, the Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification, all three level certified in Low Pressure Fitness (LPF), and currently working on the Therapeutic Pain Specialist (TPS) Certification.

  • Dr. Christine Martirez

    Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist
    PT, DPT

    Dr. Christine Martirez earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Seton Hall University. She then went on to obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rutgers University. Dr. Christine’s background in competitive powerlifting is what piqued her interest in anatomy and physiology, and ultimately lead her to pursuing a career in physical rehabilitation.

  • Shannon Strauch

    Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist Assistant
    PTA, STMT-1

    Shannon has been a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since graduating from the Essex County College PTA program in 2016, following obtaining her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Her interest in movement and healing began at a young age after being involved in dance classes and with the Osteogenesis Imperfecta Foundation.
